Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of SPARC (Supporting Prisoners and Reintegration through Custody) / Departure Lounge (Release Support Model) for prisoners at HMP Lincoln.

The Services are to support prisoners during their transition into custody, ensuring their basic needs are met and enabling engagement with prison services.
The overarching aim is to:
-Support prisoners during their transition into custody.
-Facilitate access to prison services and sentence planning.
-Reduce reoffending through targeted interventions.
-Support and prepare prisoners for successful resettlement.
-Improve prisoner wellbeing and engagement.
-Maintain and strengthen family ties and community connections.
